Job Summary
Lead industrial security programs by serving as the primary security authority for assigned classified and unclassified contracts from initiation to closeout. Interpret Security Classification Guides, enforce program-specific requirements, and author Program Protection Implementation Plans, Security Plans, and Standard Operating Procedures. Manage access rosters, process security incidents, and provide expert guidance on classification, safeguarding, and transmission of sensitive information. Interface directly with IC/DoD government representatives and program leadership to advise on risks, vulnerabilities, and mitigation strategies. Support proposal efforts by authoring compliant Security Volumes and assisting in developing Basis of Estimates for security resources. This full-time position requires an active TS/SCI clearance and five years of directly related experience supporting SCI programs with government customers. Located at Radix Metasystems HQ in Englewood, CO, the role offers competitive wages, fully employer-funded medical and dental premiums, a company-funded retirement plan, and six weeks of PTO.
Required Qualifications
- U.S. Citizenship
- Currently active TS/SCI security clearance issued by a U.S. Government Entity (no sponsorship available)
- U.S. Government Adjudicated Full-Scope or Counterintelligence polygraph at time of hire
- 5+ years of directly related industrial security experience, with demonstrated capability independently support SCI programs with IC/DoD customers in a CPSO capacity
- Proven experience authoring clear, defensible PPIPs, Security Plans, SOPs, and managing DD 254s
- Strong ability to articulate security policy and guidance to internal employees, corporate leadership, tenants, industry partners, cognizant government entities, and other stakeholders
- Understands when strict compliance is mandatory and when risk-based solutions are allowable and appropriate
- Self-starter with exceptional organizational and communication skills, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize competing security priorities
- Proficiency with modern office productivity tools (Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace) and electronic security databases (e.g., SIMS, NBIS, TALON, DISS)
