Job Summary
Conduct high-volume outbound outreach to prospective clinical trial participants for vaccine/flu studies, performing inbound lead follow-up, phone pre-screening, and scheduling. Manage accurate documentation across recruitment systems while maintaining a responsive, patient-centered experience. This 1099 contract role supports near-term enrollment needs with potential conversion to full-time based on performance and availability. You will work remotely or hybrid, communicating clearly in verbal and written forms to support study startup through closeout.
