Job Summary
Conduct high-volume outbound outreach to prospective clinical trial participants interested in vaccine and flu studies. Perform inbound lead follow-up, phone pre-screening, and scheduling for centralized recruitment support. Maintain accurate documentation across recruitment systems while ensuring a compassionate, patient-centered experience. This 1099 contract role supports near-term enrollment needs for high-volume trials, with potential conversion to full-time based on performance. You will work remotely or hybrid, collaborating with clinical and operations teams to expand access to advanced therapies.
