Job Summary
Manage Budderfly's referred contractor pipeline by evaluating prospects against business, operational, legal, and compliance requirements. Own the onboarding process from recruitment through activation, coordinating training with the Program Manager and Contractor Training to ensure contractors meet all prerequisites. Serve as the primary contact for contractors, resolving issues and facilitating timely progression while integrating them into systems like HubSpot, FastFields, InJobs, and Sitetracker. Negotiate pricing and contractual terms within established guidelines, then analyze metrics, feedback, and timelines to recommend operational improvements and report program performance to leadership. Develop and refine onboarding procedures and best practices to enhance contractor readiness and efficiency.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in an onboarding, business development or other pipeline-management role
- Bachelor's degree in relevant field
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and related program software (including, but not limited to Teams, Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook)
- Exposure to contract and/or pricing negotiation

- Strong verbal and written communication skills, ability to effectively and professionally interact with contractors, team members, and other stakeholders
- Ability to manage multiple onboarding processes simultaneously, with very strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Self-starter with ownership mentality and comfort operating in a high-growth environment with minimal oversight
