Job Summary
Oversee worksite safety and flagging as needed, ensure FRA regulations compliance (49 CFR 214), monitor track conditions and approaching trains, coordinate train movements with dispatchers/engineers/supervisors, document daily activities and incident reports, conduct job briefings, and enforce Railroad, State, and Federal policies. Role requires field work in a railroad environment, extensive travel (50%–85%), strong communication and organizational skills, and a valid driver's license. High school diploma or equivalent and at least 2 years of railroad-related experience are required. Training will be completed as specified by federal, client, and company requirements.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Valid Driver's License
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in a railroad company preferably in the maintenance of way or TY&E departments
- Successfully completes all required federal, client, and company-specific training
