Job Summary
Assemble in-ground basketball systems using a cargo van, sprinter, or box truck, working as a two-man team with a reliable helper. Install concrete foundations and build products to manufacturer specifications while owning necessary hand and power tools. Manage weekly settlements ranging from 40K to 100K+ based on volume and contract acceptance. Maintain valid vehicle registrations, insurance, and DOT/MC numbers if GVWR exceeds 10,000 lbs, and comply with all state laws. Pass background and drug screens, including MVR checks for all driving contractors. Deliver exceptional customer service using a mobile phone and strong communication skills for AIT Home Delivery's final assembly and repair services.
Required Qualifications
- Must own or lease cargo van, sprinter, or smaller box truck
- Must have a reliable helper
- Must own hand and power tools
- Must have the experience and mechanical aptitude to build products to manufacturer specifications
- Must have an EIN (federal tax ID)
- Must comply with insurance requirements
- Must comply with vehicle registrations
- Must comply with state laws for the vehicle being used to complete work
- Must be committed to providing exceptional customer service
- Must be tech savvy with a mobile phone
- Must have excellent communication skills
- Must pass background and drug screens
- Must pass MVR (Motor Vehicle Record) checks
