Job Summary
Conduct assembly and installation of large outdoor products at customer homes, including playsets, pergolas, gazebos, sheds, and in-ground basketball hoops. Operate as a two-man team requiring a reliable helper and a vehicle capable of transporting products to sites, with occasional delivery for basketball installations. Utilize owned hand and power tools to build products to manufacturer specifications, leveraging concrete experience where preferred. Maintain compliance with insurance, vehicle registrations, and state laws, while passing background, drug, and MVR screenings. Earn weekly settlements ranging from 40K to 100K+ based on volume and accepted contract work.
Required Qualifications
- Reliable transportation to and from the work-site
- Pick up truck, van, or smaller box truck (for Basketball Installations)
- Sufficient vehicle for the work being performed
- Must own hand and power tools
- Experience and mechanical aptitude to build products to manufacturer specifications
- Must have a reliable helper
- Two-man teams required
- EIN (federal tax ID)
- Compliance with insurance
- Vehicle registrations
- Compliance with state laws for the vehicle being used to complete work
- Background and Drug Screens
- MVR (for driving contractors)
- Commitment to providing exceptional customer service
- Tech savvy with a mobile phone
- Excellent communication skills
