Contractor responsible for opening and maintaining client accounts and mandates, updating KYC and related documentation, reporting transactional and process activities to support decision making, delivering administration services with timely information, and ensuring operational excellence through adherence to quality standards and governance requirements. Build and maintain professional relationships with stakeholders, manage original documents, and comply with statutory and policy requirements. Ideal candidate holds a Grade 12 qualification with a relevant diploma and can contribute to ethical conduct, curiosity, collaboration, and initiative within FirstRand Namibia’s environment.
