Job Summary
Demonstrate Graco Contractor equipment to professional painters and contractors through hands-on trials, training, and merchandising activities. Visit end users regularly to identify application challenges, recommend solutions, and convert competitive users by highlighting productivity and performance benefits. Represent the brand at trade shows, paint store events, and distributor meetings to generate end-user demand. Provide thorough, timely training on equipment operation and basic troubleshooting while maintaining accurate records of visits and competitive activities. Submit market feedback regarding customer requirements and growth opportunities. Fluent in Dutch and English with a valid driver's license; based in Belgium with home office availability.
Required Qualifications
- Technical or commercial degree
- Good commercial ability and awareness
- Hands-on mentality
- Ability to work with application materials (paint and related products)
- Good business knowledge
- Self-discipline
- Availability for travel
- Fluency in Dutch
- Good command of English
- Conversational French
- Valid driver's license
