Job Summary
Contract Administrators and Document Controllers needed to support multi-year design and construction contracts across Queensland regional locations (Rockhampton, Townsville, Mackay, Cairns, Gympie). Roles include coordinating across complex stakeholder groups, ensuring compliance with Australian Standards, and pursuing TMR accreditation paths and RPEQ registration. Opportunities include both permanent full-time and contracting/independent arrangements, with hybrid work options and durations ranging from 18 to 24 months. The team operates within AECOM’s infrastructure portfolio, delivering civil, water, and transportation projects across the region.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor of Engineering (CA) or equivalent
- Experience in project delivery & site construction
- Proven project experience in civil infrastructure, construction, building works or water infrastructure
- Ability to be based in Rockhampton, Townsville, Mackay or Cairns
- Confident communication and ability to coordinate across complex stakeholder groups
- Strong understanding of Australian Standards and Policies
- Knowledge of Australian Government transport infrastructure standards (desirable: TMR prequalification) or knowledge of VIC Roads, Transport for NSW, Main Roads WA
- Ability and interest in gaining TMR accreditation
- NDRRA experience
- RPEQ Registered Engineer (holding or eligible / on the pathway to obtain)
