Job Summary
Contract Administrators and Document Controllers across Queensland regional locations to support the delivery of multi-year design and construction contracts. Roles include coordinating across complex stakeholder groups, ensuring compliance with Australian Standards and policies, pursuing TMR accreditation, and supporting autonomous working conditions in fast-paced project environments. Flexible work arrangements, including hybrid options and remote locations, are available across Gympie, Cairns, Rockhampton, Townsville, and Mackay. Typical opportunities span both full-time employee roles and contracting arrangements ranging from 18–24 months. Desirable qualifications include a Bachelor of Engineering for CA and RPEQ eligibility, with opportunities to develop further across diverse projects and client sites.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor of Engineering for CA
- RPEQ Registered Engineer (holding or eligible / on the pathway to obtain)
- Experience in project delivery & site construction
- Proven project experience in civil infrastructure, construction, building works or water infrastructure
- Ability and interest in gaining TMR accreditation
- Knowledge of Australian Government transport infrastructure standards with (ideally) a TMR prequalification or knowledge of VIC Roads, Transport for NSW, Main Roads WA
- NDRRA experience working with the QRA
- An excellent and proven understanding of Australian Standards and Policies
