Job Summary
Contract Administrators and Document Controllers sought to support multi-year design and construction contracts across Queensland regional locations (Rockhampton, Townsville, Mackay, Cairns). Roles include contractual administration and document control within a world-class infrastructure firm, with flexible/hybrid work arrangements and opportunities for career development. Candidates should hold a Bachelor of Engineering, have experience in civil infrastructure and project delivery, knowledge of Australian Standards and policies, and be prepared to pursue TMR accreditation or have prequalification. Preference for RPEQ status or eligibility; experience with NDRRA and related government standards is desirable. The team emphasizes autonomous working environments, stakeholder coordination across complex groups, and delivering projects across transport, water, and building works sectors.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor of Engineering
- Experience in project delivery & site construction
- Proven project experience in civil infrastructure, construction, building works or water infrastructure
- Ability to coordinate across complex stakeholder groups
- Knowledge of Australian Standards and Policies
- RPEQ Registered Engineer (holding or eligible / on pathway to obtain)
- TMR prequalification desirable or knowledge of VIC Roads, Transport for NSW, Main Roads WA etc.
- NDRRA experience
- Ability and interest in gaining TMR accreditation
