Job Summary
Contracting staff responsible for issuing, maintaining, extending suppliers contracts to ensure legal perspective, timely, and reliable contract flow. Draft contract articles with precision according to company policies and Vietnam regulations; review contracts to mitigate risks and ensure clarity. Manage data and reporting via SAP to monitor contract statuses, extensions, and terminations; prepare supplier consolidation strategies and optimize cost/lead time/sustainability. Communicate with internal and external stakeholders to provide updates throughout the contract lifecycle; organize and securely store contract documents for audits. Requires Bachelor degree in Economics/Law/Foreign Trade/International Business and 2-3 years of experience. Location: Hai Phong, Vietnam.
