Job Summary
Lead comprehensive project management for contracted engineering projects, ensuring safety, quality, schedule, and cost targets are met. Conduct technical and commercial briefings, organize construction based on design drawings and contracts, and manage procurement and installation activities. Coordinate relationships with owners, general contractors, supervisors, and subcontractors to resolve site issues and facilitate normal project progression. Oversee all phases from preparation through commissioning, trial operation, acceptance, and final settlement. Manage risks related to safety, quality, schedule, and cost while executing additional tasks assigned by leadership.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or above
- HVAC/R professional background
- 3+ years of HVAC project management experience
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Project management skills including design, planning, contract, tendering, procurement, construction coordination, and cost engineering
- Risk identification and control skills
- Ability to read drawings for mechanical and electrical specialties
- Quantity surveying capability
- CAD drafting capability
- Experience in comprehensive mechanical and electrical installation projects
- Ability to accept assignment to manage projects in other provinces
Desired Qualifications
- Level 1 or Level 2 Constructor qualification
- International PMP project management qualification
- Understanding of air conditioning system control
- Good English listening, speaking, reading, and writing ability
