Contracting PM Team Leader

Lead and manage multi-million-dollar construction/energy services/HVAC controls projects; responsible for project financials, administration, implementation, management and customer satisfaction; lead the project team and serve as the established point of contact for stakeholders. Support sales with quotes and proposals, validate scope, cost, and schedule, manage change orders and subcontractors, maintain customer relationships, and oversee project cash flow, forecast, and backlog. Create and maintain project schedules with dependencies and milestones, ensure contract compliance, safety, and proper documentation. Must demonstrate strong leadership, mentorship of other project managers, and effective verbal/written communication. Requires a degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering or Construction Project Management (or equivalent experience) and at least 10 years of experience; General Contracting license a plus.
