Job Summary
Facilitate client calls related to contracting and payer enrollments, run and analyze client KPI's with regular reports, interpret payer enrollment requirements including state rules, prepare and submit payer enrollment applications, build approved payers in enrollment software, create and assign contract analyst workflows, manage client health throughout contracting and payer enrollment, review and analyze contracting and enrollment data, ensure timely processing of location additions, demographic updates, and revalidations, conduct payer research to determine enrollment requirements and contract types, and perform other duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications
- Associates degree in business, healthcare administrator, related field or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Two years experience in healthcare contracting, payer enrollment, or a related field
- Proficiency in enrollment software and workflow management
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Experience facilitating client calls, meetings and presentations
- Proficiency in provider contracting, credentialing, or payer enrollment
- Proficiency of CAQH, Medicare PECOS, state Medicaid portals, and major commercial payer systems
