Contracting Counsel Manager

Job Summary
Review, draft, and negotiate commercial and technology agreements, including master services agreements, statements of work, SaaS, licensing, and outsourcing contracts. Support contract transactions involving digital, cloud, systems integration, and emerging technologies while advising internal stakeholders on legal, contractual, and risk considerations. Structure and negotiate deals to align legal risk with business objectives and collaborate with senior legal professionals on complex matters. Requires a JD or equivalent, minimum four years of transactional legal experience, and authorization to practice law in at least one jurisdiction.
Required Qualifications
- Law degree (JD or equivalent)
- authorization to practice law in at least one jurisdiction
- Minimum 4 years of transactional legal experience in a law firm or in-house legal team
- Experience negotiating intellectual property and data privacy issues
- Strong drafting and negotiation skills
- Ability to manage multiple matters independently in a fast-moving environment
- Clear, confident communicator with strong business judgment
