Job Summary
Manage commercial and contractual aspects of tender processes and a contract portfolio, including negotiations with clients, technology partners, suppliers, and subcontractors. Support program teams in identifying contractual risks and opportunities while defining commercial strategy for change requests and margin maintenance. Ensure adherence to governance standards and processes established by the Program Excellence Center to optimize commercial results throughout project execution. Report to the Director of Programs & Tenders SE&A within a matrixed, multicultural environment requiring regular travel.
Required Qualifications
- Formation supérieure en commerce, droit ou gestion de projet
- Expérience confirmée en gestion de contrats et négociation
