Job Summary
Faculty would teach in-person labs in Abdomen, ObGyn, and Vascular; coordinate clinical education with didactic instruction; advise program students; maintain attendance records; collaborate with clinical staff and instructors to evaluate student progression; ensure JRC-DMS accreditation standards; assign final grades; participate in curriculum development; provide timely feedback to students; support student resources and program goals; require RDMS (AB and OB/GYN) certification, with RVT preferred; position may turn into a full-time role; face-to-face modality at Concordia University—St. Paul/CSP framework with a potential transition toward broader faculty duties.
Required Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Diagnostic Medical Sonography
- RDMS (Abdomen, OB/GYN) certification
- Minimum two years clinical experience as a credentialed sonographer
- Experience in supervision, instruction, evaluation, student guidance, and educational techniques
- Preference for Bachelor's degree in Diagnostic Medical Sonography or related field
- Registered Vascular Technologist (RVT) preferred
