Job Summary
Facilitate quality student learning through teaching assigned courses in the Criminal Justice program (CJU 372) for on-campus classes. Deliver engaging, culturally aware instruction; provide substantive and timely feedback on assessments within the Learning Management System (LMS) within standard timelines; maintain regular student presence and availability for support; collaborate with academic advising and the broader academic team to ensure student success; follow university policies and procedures and support the Christian mission of the university. Courses run Tuesdays/Thursdays with in-person modality; total compensation listed per course ($3,750) with typical 3-credit course load; prerequisites include CJU 242 and a strong standing recommendation. Qualifications emphasize a Master's degree in Criminal Justice (Ph.D. preferred) and demonstrated teaching/work/research experience in criminal justice; experience in face-to-face instruction is strongly preferred.
