Job Summary
Manage diverse contracts ranging from input to performance contracts for maintenance projects across electrical, machinery, and civil engineering disciplines. Operate at both tactical and operational levels to ensure preventive and corrective maintenance is executed according to agreements. Lead the team, coordinate between fitters, suppliers, and stakeholders, and prepare financial overviews for the director. This role requires an HBO-level technical background with 2–4 years of experience in project management and financial accountability using Business Central. Full-time position with a salary between €3,250 and €5,724 gross per month. Required Qualifications
- HBO werk- en denkniveau
- minimaal 2 tot 4 jaar relevante werkervaring
- Aantoonbare ervaring in het oppakken van projecten
- Ervaring in het dragen van de financiële verantwoording voor projecten
- Ervaring in het oppakken van projecten van begin tot eind (ontwerp tot oplevering)
