Job Summary
Contract Weekend RN in an Operating Room setting. Travel contract for 13 weeks providing direct patient care in the OR, coordinating with surgeons and surgical team, and utilizing advanced robotic systems (DaVinci Xi, Mako, Rosa) for procedures including orthopedic surgeries and general surgery. Responsibilities include maintaining sterile technique, accurate documentation in EPIC EMR, and participating in on-call rotations (one night per week and up to one weekend per month). Required Qualifications
- Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Operating Room/Perioperative nursing experience
- Proficiency with robotic systems (DaVinci Xi, Mako, Rosa)
- Proficiency with EPIC EMR
- Ability to participate in on-call rotations (one night per week and up to one weekend per month)
- COVID-19 vaccination with exceptions allowed (medical and religious exemptions may apply)
- Contract-based travel nursing experience preferred
- Orthopedic and general surgery experience preferred
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Commitment to sterile technique and patient safety
