Job Summary
Contract Clinical Therapists provide outpatient mental health counseling to adults and families, conducting diagnostic assessments, developing treatment plans, and delivering individual and group therapy on a contractual basis. The role supports coordination of care across services, emphasizes culturally sensitive practice, and may include supervision of clinical staff if licensed. Qualifications include a Master’s degree in a related field and DC licensure (LGPC, LGSW, LPC, LICSW, or LMFT). Additional preferred experience includes 1-3 years of supervisory experience and strong communication and organizational skills.
Required Qualifications

- Must be licensed in Washington, DC as LGPC, LGSW, LPC, LICSW, or LMFT
