Required Qualifications
- Proven hands-on corporate or blended recruiting experience
- Experience owning full life-cycle recruiting across multiple disciplines
- Ability to manage multiple concurrent requisitions
- Strong sourcing skills and pipeline development
- Experience partnering with hiring managers and senior leaders
- Autonomy, judgment, organization, and follow-through
- Hands-on experience with AI tools or strong curiosity/experimentation
- Comfort in fast-paced, evolving environments with shifting priorities
