Job Summary
Support full-cycle recruiting efforts for client roles from intake through offer by partnering with hiring managers and HR teams to understand needs. Source, screen, and present qualified candidates while managing communications to ensure a strong candidate experience. Track activity and maintain accurate records within the ATS, adapting quickly across different roles, industries, and client expectations. This 1099 contract role offers flexible, project-based work with pay ranging from $19–$25 per hour for candidates with 2+ years of recruiting experience. Selected individuals will be considered for active and future engagements within the talent pipeline.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of recruiting experience (agency, in-house, or contract)
- Ability to manage multiple roles or priorities at once
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with ATS platforms (experience with Zoho Recruit is a plus)
- Experience recruiting in hospitality, operations, or corporate roles is a plus
