Job Summary
Full-cycle recruiting for high-volume Sales Development roles, managing sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offers, and closure; emphasis on diversity, candidate experience, and collaboration with hiring managers.
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in a sales, go-to-market, or high-volume environment
- Experience sourcing and identifying candidates through social media, LinkedIn, Indeed, and other channels
- Proficiency with Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Calendar, etc.)
- Experience using modern ATS systems such as Workday, Greenhouse, or Lever
- Working knowledge of fair and unbiased interview techniques and applicant screening methods
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to juggle multiple high-priority positions simultaneously
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with a sense of urgency and initiative
- Proactive, collaborative mindset with a passion for delivering a great candidate and hiring manager experience
