Job Summary
Lead the full attraction process to identify and hire qualified clinical talent (e.g., Behavior Analysts In Training) for ABC across the country. Build trusted relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders (executives and hiring managers), craft competitive offers, and analyze sourcing effectiveness through progress reports and market feedback for senior leadership. Demonstrate a high-energy, collaborative approach to recruiting, with a focus on delivering impact, scaling recruitment efforts, and supporting shared growth with the organization.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- 3+ years of recruiting experience
- High volume experience preferred
- Experience partnering with executives and hiring managers throughout the recruiting cycle
- Experience solving complex problems, designing creative strategies, and delivering impact as a talent leader
