Job Summary

Develop and implement innovative recruitment strategies for key positions and manage the full recruitment cycle from needs assessment to onboarding. Conduct market research and advise managers on hiring practices, leverage technology to optimize sourcing, design candidate generation strategies, build a strong talent pipeline, participate in strategic talent acquisition projects (e.g., employer branding, process improvement), ensure an exceptional candidate experience, analyze performance metrics, and continuously improve recruitment efficiency. Requires a bachelor’s degree in HR or related field and at least 5 years of recruitment experience, preferably in aerospace/manufacturing with unionized exposure; candidate should be team-oriented, results-driven, and proficient with sourcing tools and stakeholder engagement.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
  • minimum of 5 years of recruitment experience including complex and high-volume roles
  • experience in the aerospace and/or manufacturing industry
  • experience in a unionized environment is a strong asset
  • ability to manage multiple roles in a fast-paced and changing environment
  • strong influencing skills and stakeholder management
  • excellent sourcing techniques and digital tools (ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, etc.)
  • strong written and verbal communication skills
  • ability to manage multiple projects with minimal supervision
