Job Summary
Contract Supervisor to oversee contract management for maintenance and retrofit projects across Pembrokeshire and surrounding areas. Responsibilities include liaising with clients, residents, and operatives; attending internal and external meetings; surveying works and identifying trades; daily liaison with planners; managing operatives and ensuring on-site performance to high standards; delivering against client KPIs; collaborating with the Contracts Manager; conducting inductions and toolbox talks; working with HSE to ensure safe working environments; maintaining commercial awareness to protect profit margins; supporting a positive customer journey from job receipt to completion; and performing vehicle inspections. Essential skills include excellent communication, attention to detail, health and safety/regulatory knowledge, proactive issue resolution, ability to work under pressure, and a strong background in contract administration, project coordination, or construction management. This role also requires computer literacy and a valid UK driving licence.
