[CONTRACT] Stepdown RN (Morgantown, WV)

Contract Stepdown RN for a 13-week assignment in Morgantown, WV. Work 36 hours/week on a 7p-7a shift. Responsibilities include quickly and accurately assessing patient care needs, diagnosing and developing treatment plans with doctors and staff, completing paperwork and charting, managing multiple cases, applying problem-solving strategies for patients and families, delegating tasks to staff, facilitating education for patients, families, and nursing staff, preserving confidentiality and patient rights, and participating in quality/performance improvement initiatives. Required qualifications include 1+ year of Stepdown RN experience and BLS/ACLS certifications.
