Job Summary
Own AP invoicing, receipt tracking, and customer account reconciliation within the plant ERP system. Perform general ledger analysis, complete payment requests for monthly and quarterly payables, and assist with month-end close and forecasting. Provide financial support for strategic projects, manipulate data into actionable insights, and help improve inventory control procedures and internal controls. This contract role ($20-$22/hr) in Virginia Beach requires a Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance and 1-2 years of manufacturing experience.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Accounting/Finance
- 1-2 years experience in manufacturing environment, specifically with Operations or Standard Costing
- Experience with ERP Accounting systems and coding invoices
- Demonstrated ability to use logical thinking to arrive to a reasonable solution/answer for a problem/question
Desired Qualifications
- Intermediate to Advanced excel skills a plus
