Job Summary
Contract Specialist role within Salesforce Finance and Revenue Operations. Responsibilities include providing Quote-to-Cash support and guidance to Account Executives and Renewal Managers, collaborating with pricing, revenue recognition, collections, legal, and other internal teams on deal execution, advising on negotiations and customer satisfaction related to contracts/invoices, and assisting with deconstruction/resolution of complex billing issues. Must possess strong Salesforce application expertise, ability to work independently and in teams, and contribute to process improvements. Requires a Bachelor's degree or equivalent and 2+ years of relevant experience; hybrid schedule for Toronto office. Must be proficient in deal structure, quotes, contracts/orders, and ensuring compliance with revenue and company policy.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelors degree or equivalent
- 2+ years customer order management, sales operations, or sales/customer support experience
- Contract structuring and Commission Calculation experience
