Job Summary
Manage the full contract lifecycle for renewals and new business as the primary point of contact for contract strategy, drafting, and execution. Participate in pipeline review sessions with Sales to advise on commercial approaches, set expectations, and proactively address contractual risks. Analyze account information, license parameters, and contract terms to support pricing proposals, cross-selling opportunities, and renewals. Independently draft Tier 1 sales contracts in accordance with internal policies, exercising judgment to resolve issues and ensure compliance with Sarbanes-Oxley controls. Maintain accurate client and transaction data across CRM and related systems, ensuring consistency and accuracy throughout the sales cycle. Review and validate executed contracts to confirm policy compliance and completeness prior to order submission. Facilitate contract changes or adjustments requested by Sales or clients, using discretion to determine appropriate actions. Collaborate with Finance, Legal, Billing, and other stakeholders to review and align on complex contracts. Ensure internal and external client queries are resolved in a timely manner with a high level of satisfaction.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent first-level degree in finance, business administration, information systems, management, or a related field.
