Job Summary
Prepare, develop, and process commercial contracts, amendments, and pricing agreements while ensuring compliance and accurate reporting. Compile and analyze data for requests for proposals, calculate administrative fees, and create ad hoc reports on sales volumes and customer verification. Review and edit contract language to minimize risk, provide counsel on contracting strategies, and facilitate negotiations. Implement new processes to improve monitoring and detection capabilities, collaborating with stakeholders to develop strategies that protect the organization. Work with internal and external customers to resolve complex issues and maintain up-to-date group membership information.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or higher from an accredited institution
- Five (5) years' experience in business, technical, and/or legal contracting
- Must be legally authorized to work in the country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status
- Must not perform work in the unincorporated areas of Los Angeles County
