Job Summary
Contract Solutions Specialist for a 6-month Fixed Term Contract responsible for reviewing and negotiating customer hotel/venue contracts, amendments, MSAs, SOWs, DTA, LOIs, and related documents. Manages contracting across global regions (USA, Europe, Middle East, APAC) with extensive book of work and large/complex meetings. Collaborates with client meetings/events teams, supplier management, legal and insurance teams, and global sourcing to improve efficiencies, negotiate terms, develop SOPs and templates, and support AI technology pilots. Requires strong contract management, industry knowledge of meetings & events, ability to meet tight deadlines, and clear communication with senior stakeholders. The role can be fully remote in the UK, Spain, or the Netherlands, or hybrid with local office days; right to work in the country is required.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in contract review and negotiation in meetings and events industry (hotels/venues)
- MSA/SOW/DTA/LOI familiarity
- Adobe Sign or e-signature workflow
- Ability to manage multiple contracts across global regions (USA, Europe, Middle East, APAC)
- Strong attention to detail and stakeholder communication skills
- Understanding of legal/commercial terms in hospitality contracting
- Preferred legal background or procurement experience
