Job Summary
Draft, review, and process fast-track clinical trial agreements using standard templates and master agreements to accelerate study start-up. Coordinate efficient execution with internal stakeholders and external partners while ensuring compliance with Sunnybrook's fast-track criteria and quality standards. Engage with industry sponsors and CROs to encourage master agreement usage, assist with non-fast-track agreements as capacity allows, and maintain accurate records tracking agreement status and metrics. Support workflow improvements and cycle time reduction through liaising with the Centre for Clinical Trial Support.
Required Qualifications
- Diploma or degree in law, business, health administration or equivalent
- 2–5 years of relevant experience in clinical research contracting or legal document management
