Contract Specialist

Develop and maintain fit-for-purpose procurement contract templates; drive contract creation, development and management to improve value, compliance and risk control. Support contract deviations, provide SME input, and deliver awareness sessions/training to procurement teams. Participate in contract negotiation, ensure alignment with master/global agreements, and coordinate with Legal on Castrol standards. Lead contracting plans, influence internal customers, and enable digital contracting capabilities (repositories, workflows, dashboards). Contribute to end-to-end sourcing processes, scope development, contract writing and execution, and maintain templates, clause libraries and standard terms. Foster cross-team collaboration, continuous improvement of contracting processes, and knowledge sharing across the procurement organization. Embrace data-driven insights, risk management, and supplier relationships to deliver strategic category plans while aligning with regulatory and safety requirements.
