Job Summary
Support critical MongoDB roles globally through strategic passive talent sourcing, quickly pivoting to new business areas as hiring needs arise. Work closely with recruiters to understand requirements and deliver qualified talent, while screening candidates to ensure strong alignment and maintaining exceptional documentation. Partner with coordinators, hiring managers, and interviewers to deliver a high-touch, personalized candidate experience. Maintain creative sourcing techniques to tap into new talent pools and conduct autonomous research to inform strategy.
