Job Summary
Proactively source qualified candidates for engineering roles using Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, and niche semiconductor platforms. Conduct outreach to high-volume engineers on LinkedIn, respond to initial candidate questions, and maintain a strong sense of urgency while preserving quality judgment. Partner with the Talent Acquisition team to fill a pipeline of best-in-class candidates, ensuring an exceptional candidate experience. This role requires 2+ years in semiconductors or optical communications, 1+ years of direct sourcing experience, and exceptional organizational skills. Hourly wage is $40–45.
Required Qualifications
- Candidate must have worked for a semiconductor and/or optical communications company
- 2+ years in semiconductors, electronics and/or optical communications
- Exceptional organizational skills with a high sense of urgency and the ability to prioritize tasks in a dynamic environment
- Able to learn and communicate complex technical information
- 1+ years of experience direct sourcing engineers using LinkedIn
Desired Qualifications
- Prior experience in a tech startup
- Prior experience in a recruiting firm
- Experience with Paycor
