Job Summary
Contract Software Development Manager for an Energy & Utilities client. Leads 4 agile squads, responsible for end-to-end delivery, architectural integrity, and DevOps/CI-CD maturity across Salesforce Industries (Vlocity/OmniStudio) and AWS cloud-native integrations. Drives architectural alignment between Salesforce front-ends and back-end systems, champions engineering best practices, and fosters a high-performance, quality-first culture. Role requires hands-on leadership of 4 cross-functional squads, SDLC ownership, and experience with Salesforce Industries and AWS components (Lambda, EventBridge, API Gateway, SQS, SNS) to enable high-volume data exchanges and reliable deployments. Initially a 6-month contract with emphasis on delivering value through robust testing automation, release governance, and scalable integration patterns.
