Job Summary
Design, develop, and implement Salesforce solutions to maximize platform effectiveness and drive business value for clients. Provide expert consultation on best practices, recommend appropriate products and integrations, and contribute to the sales cycle with technical expertise. Mentor junior team members, champion new ways of working, and build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and clients. This role involves delivering innovative Salesforce solutions that support digital transformation across diverse industries.
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of broad IT experience
- significant hands-on Salesforce expertise
- Advanced knowledge of the Salesforce platform and its ecosystem
- Experience delivering solutions in an outsourced or consulting environment
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Technology or related discipline
Desired Qualifications
- Salesforce certifications (Administrator, Developer, Architect)
- Experience with Salesforce automation tools and technologies
- Knowledge of hybrid and cloud environments
- ITIL Foundations V3
- Proven ability to lead and mentor others
