Job Summary
Maintain a continuous pipeline and communication flow between internal teams and external outsourcing partners by preparing clear briefs, gathering references, and setting up placeholder assets with accurate scale and technical hierarchy. Polish and refine props returning from vendors, providing paint-overs and reviews to ensure quality standards are met while gathering requests from gameplay, animation, and world departments. Manage external vendors by writing briefs and delivering constructive visual and technical feedback on incoming work. Requires extensive 3D modeling skills in Substance Painter and ZBrush, proficiency in Unreal Engine 5, and familiarity with Jira for task tracking. Compensation is $60-$70 per hour CAD.

- Experience shipping or developing both Realistic and Stylized games as model artist, environment artist, or level artist
