Job Summary
Conduct cold calling and outside sales calls to seek new business for electronic and mechanical life safety systems. Build proposals for service agreements including test and inspections, preventive maintenance, and central station monitoring by reviewing system info and conducting building surveys. Acquire knowledge of product lines and present solutions to existing and new clients. Review testing and inspection reports with service technicians to quantify repair proposals. Partner with internal departments to communicate job scopes and relay customer needs. Attract new customers and up-sell established clients through field sales, phone sales, and direct marketing efforts. Assist in marketing initiatives and develop sales and business plans.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- 3-5 years professional experience in high-volume sales in a fast paced environment
- Outside sales and cold calling experience
- A successful, proven track record of performance either selling intangibles or selling a service that required excellent prospecting ability
- Exceptional customer service, thoroughness and self-motivation

- Ability to read and interpret applicable documents, materials, policies, procedures, etc. as presented in English
