Job Summary
Director-level Growth Marketing contract role responsible for leading strategy, execution, and optimization across paid channels (Meta, Google, TikTok, Amazon, Snapchat, etc.) to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth during a maternity-leave coverage assignment (about 6 months). Own full paid media budget, forecasting, and collaboration with Finance; manage external agencies and platform partners; partner with cross-functional teams to align on priorities; develop and test growth opportunities across emerging platforms and audiences; present insights and impact to executives. Requires a data-driven marketer with a proven track record in performance marketing and experience managing large campaigns across DTC/retail brands.
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in growth, performance, or digital marketing, ideally in DTC, retail, or consumer brands
- Data-driven marketer with analytical mindset and passion for testing and optimization
- Proven success managing large-scale paid media campaigns and driving measurable business results (ROAS, CPA, CAC)
- Experience managing external agencies and cross-functional collaboration with internal teams
- Strong analytical skills with working knowledge of performance tools (Google Analytics, Data Culture, Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads Manager)
- Strategic thinker able to execute and optimize in a fast-paced, evolving environment
- Excellent communicator and presenter with senior leadership; able to share results and strategy
