Contract RN - Registered Nurse (Medsurg)

Assess patient needs, implement teaching strategies for patients and families, and manage nursing team resources as a leader on the interdisciplinary team. Utilize the nursing process to deliver patient care while ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local laws and accreditation standards. Adapt communication styles to diverse patient populations and report any unethical behaviors or safety concerns immediately. This role requires a Registered Nurse with an LA or Compact license, offering 1 year experience minimum or 2 years preferred. Shifts are 3x 12 hours. Local RNs earn $45/hour with OT/holiday pay, while Travel RNs receive $1900/week including a stipend. Health insurance is available upon assignment start.
