Job Summary
Deliver patient care using the nursing process, assess learning needs, and implement teaching strategies for patients, families, and interdisciplinary teams. Manage nursing resources effectively while adapting communication styles to diverse patient populations and ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local regulations. Maintain proficiency in HCHB EMR and utilize data to evaluate and promote optimal outcomes. Requires a current RN license, BLS certification, and at least one year of home health experience. Schedule is 5x 8 hours Monday through Friday.
Required Qualifications
- Registered nurse degree
- Valid Driver License and Auto Insurance
- Minimum 1 year experience in Home Health setting as RN
- HCHB EMR experience
- Current registered nurse (RN) license in state of practice
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association
- Proficiency in using computers, software, and web-based applications
- Effective verbal and written communication skills and ability to present information clearly and professionally
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Good organizational and time management skills and ability to be self-directed
- Ability to demonstrate good judgement
- RN- Registered Nurse in state of work
- Multi state Compact License
- >1 year experience required
- HCHB required
Desired Qualifications
- Associate or bachelor's degree in nursing
- >2 year experience preferred
- Local or travel accepted
