Execute Standards of Nursing Practice including assessment, nursing diagnosis, outcome identification, planning, implementation, and evaluation for mothers and newborns. Develop and revise patient care plans while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to ensure safety and comfort during high-risk labor and delivery. Provide holistic care throughout the patient life cycle, utilizing Epic electronic health records. Requires fetal monitoring, antepartum experience, and high-risk labor expertise. 13-week contract with 3x12 rotating shifts.
