Job Summary
Labor & Delivery RN on a travel contract providing care during childbirth, including managing labor and delivery, recovery, assisting in cesarean sections, administering medications, monitoring vitals, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to ensure safe, compassionate care for mothers and newborns. Responsibilities include catching babies and supporting mothers through the childbirth process; benefits include insurance, licensure reimbursement, lodging/meals/incidental reimbursement, referral bonuses, and completion bonus. 13-week travel assignment in Hanford, CA; 3x12 hour shifts.
Required Qualifications
- Licensed Registered Nurse (RN) with licensure verification in California
- Labor & Delivery experience preferred
- Travel/contract experience preferred
- BLS/ACLS and appropriate obstetric certifications preferred
