Job Summary
Travel Contract RN - Labor and Delivery with 13-week assignment in Davenport, IA. Responsibilities include applying the Standards of Nursing Practice: assessment, nursing diagnosis, outcome identification, planning, implementation, and evaluation; develop and revise patient care plans coordinating care among disciplines; participate in shared accountability for nursing practices; provide holistic care to mothers and newborns; deliver high-risk labor care and fetal monitoring; collaborate with multidisciplinary team. Requires high-risk L&D experience, fetal monitoring/antepartum experience, and Epic EHR proficiency. Shift: 3x12 rotating; lodging/meals reimbursement and licensure reimbursement; referral bonus program included.
