Contract RN - Inpatient Case Manager

Manage various aspects of the planning process in anticipation of patient movement through the healthcare system, using evidence-based criteria to determine appropriate levels of care. Prepare and execute post-discharge care plans while adapting communication styles to specific patient populations and privacy needs. Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local laws, accreditation standards, and the Compliance & Privacy Program by reporting any suspected unethical behaviors or safety concerns. Maintain knowledge of regulatory requirements and apply the Nursing Process within the Nurse Practice Act to achieve unit and department strategic goals. Requires current RN license, BLS certification, and 2 years of related experience. Health insurance available upon assignment start.
